Anyone who knows me knows that toddler fashion is a huge part of my life! Not only do I just love all the cute, pretty things, I love buying clothes for my sweet almost-two year old because as a working mom it's something I can do for her online even when I'm stuck at my office. The community and mamas I've met through the baby clothing world have also been life changing. Much to my husbands dismay, I spend a lot of time planning our daughters outfits and right now all my focus is on her 2nd birthday attire and summer.

When it comes to buying summer clothes I try to look for versatility. Even though we live in sunny Southern California, the summer months are short and summer style only lasts a few months. Also, even though the days are warm, nights here tend to be cool as we live close to the ocean. This season I've been trying to plan ahead and buy pieces we can wear with layers so they can transform into our fall fashion. If pieces are season specific they won't fit anymore the following year.
