Refund Policy

Please follow this link to request a return if your items are eligible per policy below!

Our policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 15 days of order for a full refund minus shipping costs. Products must be unused, unworn and in original packaging with no stains or scents.  We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). Reports of damages must be made within 24 hours of receiving the item. 

We do not accept returns on footwear, headbands, hats or feeding/teething items due to hygienic purposes. We also do not accept returns on monogrammed, holiday or special order/pre order items or sale items. These are FINAL sales.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order. Items must be received 10 days after RMA is issued.


We currently only ship within the U.S and Canada.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

If for some reason your package goes missing in transit, if it’s not able to be located after search efforts by us and USPS we will issue you a refund. Unfortunately, once a package is shown as delivered we no longer have any part in the package and can not help replace lost package. 

Kickee Pre Order/Pre Sale


We do not offer cancellations or returns on Kickee Pre-Order or Pre-Sale items. These are special made orders and are final sale.

For our HALFDOWN payment option. This is a 50% down deposit on your items while you wait for them to ship to you within the shipping window. The other 50% is due before your items ship out to you. If you do not pay your second half of your invoice within 30 days you forfeit your deposit and your items.
