Store Policies and Returns



Our policy lasts 14-days. 

If your item is returned within 14 days you may receive in-store credit for the amount of the item(s) you purchased.

All damages must be reported within 48 hours of item being delivered. 

We DO NOT accept cancelled orders.

If you MUST cancel an order we have a 15% restocking fee as all orders are pulled almost immediately.

If you received free shipping on your online order, you will be issued a credit minus the shipping cost. You will consume the shipping cost back to Sweet Tea and Caviar Boutique.

If 14-days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a in-store credit, exchange or refund.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn and in original packaging or with tags attached with no scents or stains. Washing a garment voids any returns.

Goods exempt from being returned. 

1. Preorders, presales and special orders are not eligible for cancellations, refunds or exchanges. Sales are final. 

2. Sale, clearance or discounted items are exempt from the return policy. Sale items are final. If you used any type of a discount code this is considered a "sale item" and is not refundable/ returnable.

3. Teething, underwear, pacifiers, meal items (plates, cups, spoons, etc), makeup, supplements, earrings and headwear are all final sale due to hygienic purposes.

SWIMWEAR AND FOOTWEAR POLICY: Swimwear and footwear can be returned however we have policies to be able to return these items. You must request a return with a photo of swimwear with tags attached and original packing. HYGIENIC LINER MUST STILL BE ATTACHED. Footwear require a photo of the soles and all sides. Must have no scuffs to be returned and in NEW CONDITION.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. (in store)

Any item that is returned more than 14-days after delivery.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a gift card will be sent to you via email, within 5 business days. If your item is rejected, it will be returned to you.

Sale items 
Only regular priced items may be refunded for in-store credit, unfortunately sale items or items where a discount code was used cannot be refunded.

We will replace items if your item is received defective or is the wrong product. In this instance we will provide you a shipping label for return. If you need to exchange it for the same item in a different size (if item is in stock), send us an email to and send your item to:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

We suggest using a shipping method that includes tracking and/or insurance. We are not responsible for any returns lost in transit.


Our current processing time is same or next business day unless it is a pre order item or during large volume sales.

We currently only ship within the U.S and Canada.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page. Please note shipping quotes are for transit times ONLY and do not include our processing times.

If for some reason your package goes missing in transit, if it’s not able to be located after search efforts by us and USPS, UPS or FedEx we will issue you a refund. Unfortunately, once a package is shown as delivered we no longer have any part in the package and can not help replace lost package. 


Kickee Pre Order/Pre Sale


We do not offer cancellations or returns on Kickee Pre-Order or Pre-Sale items. These are special made orders and are final sale.

For our HALFDOWN payment option. This is a 50% down deposit on your items while you wait for them to ship to you within the shipping window. The other 50% is due before your items ship out to you. If you do not pay your second half of your invoice within 30 days you forfeit your deposit and your items. 


We do not ship ANY items that are RTS that are lumped in with pre orders before we ship the preorders. Any items that are RTS should be placed in a separate order or they WILL NOT ship immediately and will wait on pre ordered/pre sale items to arrive.
